What you can hold us to

Our promise, before a trowel touches the wall.

A hand-applied plaster finish is only as good as the craftsman and the system behind it. Here's what we commit to on every project — each grounded in how we actually work, and in what our Google reviews already describe.

A free handcrafted sample first

Before you commit to anything, we make you a free handcrafted sample in your chosen colour and finish. You see and feel the real surface — matched to RAL, Farrow & Ball or Little Greene — not a printed swatch on a screen.

"So pleased with the job he has done on our wall with Impera Italia products" — Christine Driscoll, Google. The finish you approve is the finish you get.

Applied by a certified master

The work is carried out by Steve himself — Masters Certified in Venetian Plastering (2019), an approved installer for the UK's leading microcement material, with over twenty years in the trade. No rotating subcontractors.

"Very knowledgable, friendly and professional and fantastic at what he does" — Sid dul Duo, Google.

Care at every stage

A seamless finish is made in the preparation as much as the trowelling. We prepare the substrate properly, build the finish in layers, and don't rush the burnish or the seal.

"The care and attention he put into every stage really shows — the finish is smooth, flawless" — A G, Google.

The right system for the surface

Because we cover the full range — microcement, Venetian, Tadelakt, Marmorino, microtopping, lime — we specify the system that actually suits your surface and its use, whether that's a waterproof wet room or a high-traffic floor.

"Steve done bathroom, shower room and kitchen floor on our project. Amazing job" — Marcin Piekarz, RAAW Builders, Google.

Colour-matched to your scheme

Finishes are matched to RAL, Farrow & Ball and Little Greene references, so the surface sits exactly with the rest of your interior — whether we're working alongside your designer or directly with you.

Matched references mean the floor or wall reads as part of the room, not a separate material dropped into it.

Every project logged

All projects are logged with our suppliers and material partners, so the exact system, colour and batch behind your finish are documented — useful if you ever extend the scheme or need a match years later.

"We would not hesitate to use him again" — Richard Bamforth, Google. Repeat work is easier when the record's kept.

The way we work with you

Sampled first, matched to your scheme, logged for good.

One master craftsman

Steve carries out the work himself — a master-certified plasterer with 20+ years in the trade, not a rotating crew of subcontractors.

We work directly with leading material houses — Forcrete, Resin Rock, San Marco, Impera Italia, Luna Plaster, Whitson's and Resin Rock — and alongside architects and interior designers, so specification and supply are handled properly from the first sample.

Every commitment above is grounded in how we actually work — and echoed in what our customers have already said in their Google reviews.
