The Venetian Plaster Service is Steve Osborne. A master-certified Venetian plasterer with over twenty years in the trade, Steve applies microcement, Venetian polished plaster, Tadelakt and fine decorative finishes himself — for homeowners, designers and commercial clients from Saffron Walden right across the UK.
Master-certified craft
Steve earned his Masters Certification in Venetian Plastering in 2019, on top of more than twenty years working in the trade. He is also an approved installer for the UK's leading microcement material, working to proven certified systems — so every finish is applied by the certified hands themselves, not passed to a crew.
The full range of finishes
From seamless microcement floors and diamond-polished surfaces to waterproof Tadelakt, marble-veined Marmorino and natural lime Terrae-Calce, we cover the whole spectrum of plaster and micro finishes. That means one craftsman can specify the right system for the surface, rather than forcing a single product onto every job.
Working with the trade
We work with private homeowners, interior designers, building contractors and commercial clients — collaborating with practices such as Ullmayer Sylvester Architects, Samantha Pope Interiors and Strive for Design, and supplied by material houses including Forcrete, Resin Rock, San Marco, Impera Italia, Luna Plaster and Whitson's. Every project is logged with our suppliers from sample to sealed surface.

Steve founded the Venetian Plaster Service and carries out the work himself. A master-certified Venetian plasterer since 2019 with more than twenty years in the trade, and an approved installer for the UK's leading microcement material, he handles the whole job — consultation, free sample, preparation, hand application and sealing — so the certified craftsman is the one on the wall, every time.
